Good morning, nearby the Hotel there are some good restaurants, we will be pleased to suggest you where to have a special dinner. We have no a gym however there are one in the nearby.

If coming in by train to Venezia St Lucia terminal, where can I purchase tickets for Boat #1 to Sant Angelo? For return to the airport where can I purchase water taxi tickets?

Once you exit the train station, you will find the multidesk ticket office on your left. While for the ALILAGUNA shuttle tickets to the airport, they can be purchased directly on the boat or from participating tobacconists (one is near our hotel).

Really good value for money plus kind friendly staff!
Absolutely lovely hotel and the gentleman on reception was exceptional. Makes such a huge difference to arrive to a smiley face, he was really helpful, kind and gave us some recommendations for the area. The hotel was really nice. Lovely breakfast in the morning too!

Great location, easy to find for Venice. Clean comfortable bed. Welcome bottle of Prosecco on the rooftop deck was great way to start our trip. Super helpful staff. Simple breakfast but more than enough to start the day.
